Following the Kings Hill Residents' Meeting, held on Monday 3rd August 2026, we would like to thank everyone who came along and gave us the opportunity to present our proposals for a new hockey pitch at Kings Hill Sports Park, and to answer your questions.

We recognise that a new facility like this can raise genuine questions for neighbours, and we're grateful to everyone who shared their views with us, whether in support or with concerns, so we can properly understand and consider them.

For anyone who wasn't able to attend, copies of the plans presented at the meeting are on display at both Kings Hill Sports Park and Kings Hill Community Centre, during normal opening hours. They are also available on this article.

The application has not been submitted at this stage. As we raised at the meeting, our intention is to be open and we will share the details of any application reference once they become available. There will be the opportunity for your comments to be formally considered as part of the planning process. This will be available on the formal application, of which we will share any details when we are able to.

We're now reviewing the feedback and themes raised at the meeting, and will discuss with our planning consultants and where any adjustments may be appropriate as the process continues.
